I've just taken the exam. Resuming from my scoreboard, I suspect this question being answered wrong by me. So, A might be incorrect, but I really don't know where to find the correct answer.
Have to correct myself correct answer is A, study guide p.38 where the shared tenant is located, beforehand i was reading about the hybrid tenant, in a shared tenant only the FortiSOAR node exists, so the MSSP must provide secure access to the node.
In a shared multi-tenant architecture, only one FortiSOAR node exists. This is the one the customer can connect to. So no one installs anything here, but the MSSP must provide a connection (https) to the main/manager node
Option A is important for network connectivity but doesn't specifically address the method of connecting to the shared instance.
