There is no message size limit for outbound email from a protected domain.
I hope the question is not from the real exam as the question is not correct.
We don't know if the message matches the IP policy so we can not answer.
If the message matches the IP policy with the session profile then 204800 is applied, if the message does not match the policy then the default value is 10 MB. Please study the admin guide also.
Session profile is the 1st print. So its "D" not "A". right?
