You do need a TCP profile and ClientSSL. In this case you do not need an HTTP profile.

Again thank you for correcting me, HTTP profile would be only necessary if we apply persistence (cookie, hash etc)

You do not need a TCP profile (A) for this. There is no such thing as HTTPS profile (C). As the traffic goes unecrypted towards the backends you do not need ServerSSL profile (E) either.
