I think the anwer should be E. Although a 'deployment pipeline' is not necessarily one technology in and of itself, it does consist of a series of scripts that (mostly) automatically generate the testing environments. Extensive automation is one of the key drivers of succesfol DevOps, and the deployment pipeline facilitates this.
