Answer is D Waterfall as per the ebook, The business chooses a set of requirements that it believes will add business value. It communicatesthem to the IT organization on paper, of course. The IT organization responds with a plan and estimates of cost and schedule. The business agrees to the plan. The IT organization executes the plan and delivers a product to the business. The business accepts the product and then tries to derive business value from it. This model is the “negotiating a contract” model that the Agile manifesto de-emphasizes.

When a fixed scope gets delivered as per plan and within the boundaries of cost and time it is a waterfall approach ... not DSDM ! Hence correct answer should be D
