A Scrum Team suggests to have a project with 3 Sprints of 2 weeks, while the customer suggests 1 Sprint of 6 weeks. What is the greatest advantage of having 3 Sprints of 2 weeks?
You doing Inspect and Adapt several times during a sprint (In every daily meeting, in the sprint review, in the sprint retrospective,....). On top of this argumentation you have 3 sprints in the question, so you would inspect and adapat 3 times at least.
