I changed my mind. I can't remove my previous comment. I do believe A is wrong and B is right. From the CEH book: "A user can perform DNS zone transfer using nslookup and dig commands". A doesn't make much sense, although zone transfer is about DNS
DNS uses UDP 53 for default name resolution and TCP 53 for zone transfers
