Pretty sure the true exam question answer is USB Dumper and "Use Dumper" is a typo on this site. I have seen this question in several other places and all of them read "USB Dumper".
USB Dumper is right BUT the "Use" Dumper is said in the question. USB Grabber is a tool that automatically copies the contents of your USB key as soon as it is plugged into your computer.

It is true for that case, but most cases I have found, it makes the opposite, that is it copy the information from the PC to the USB. You can check it if you search this in Google: "usb grabber copy all files -video -cable"
along with USB Dumper, USB Grabber is also a tool for achieving this scenario
