Answer is D. If it's wireless the "hacker" can flush the data out of the card, that is why it needs to be in the bag

Def should be a PDA. You would keep a phone inside of a StrongHold bag. Wireless card is going to be in the same class as a data storage device. Why would a wireless card be singled out? Makes no sense compared to an electronic communications device

How could a Wireless card communicate on its own without a power source other than an NFC capable one? I've never heard of a NFC capable Wireless Card.

Upon a second thought, there is no option for PDA. Therefore, the answer cannot be A which is PDAPDA.

A should be the answer. As without connecting, an wireless card is unusable. But in case of PDA, it is best practice to keep it turned on and hence should be put inside strongholds to deprive any communication.
