It is the right answer, however piggybacking is the only option that is correct as well

Piggybacking is when you enetring a organization with permition of another authorized/legitimate person, tailgating is when you do this without knowledge or without asking authorized/legitimate person. There is not better choice then piggybacking so this is a best answer
