The correct answer is the option D: Version 2 uses the secret key to sign the request Version 4 uses a signing key. Both authentication signature versions use the HMAC algorithm and one difference is that version 2 uses the secret key to sign the request and version 4 uses a signing key instead of the secret key to sign the request.
