"When logging into Unisphere for the first time, license installation appears as a step of the Unisphere Initial Configuration Wizard, prompting the administrator to install the license file obtained from Dell EMC. If this license file includes D@RE functionality, D@RE will be enabled once the license file is installed successfully"
if your licence file contains D@re it will implement with first initial config. if not contains not enabled. so there is no correct answer :)
La respuesta es la C, D@re no afecta el rendimiento.

Dell EMC Unity OE version 4.1 includes support for IP Multi-Tenancy, which adds the ability to provide network isolation for tenants. << This feature segregates network traffic at the kernel level on the SP, enabling the ability to provide dedicated network resources for each tenant. >> Each tenant has its own dedicated network namespace including VLAN domain, routing table, firewall, interfaces, DNS and more. This also enables the ability for multiple tenants to use the same or overlapping IP network configuration, so IPs can be duplicated across tenants. This avoids network interference between tenants and also enhances security. Note that the separate network VLAN segregation can only be maintained if the routers connected to those VLANs are also separate, or if there is a common router, it must have segregated or partitioned routing tables that do not route across tenant’s VLANs. This feature is only available on purpose-built Dell EMC Unity systems and is not available on Dell EMC UnityVSA.

Answer is D.
controller-based D@RE has minimal performance impact for typical mixed workloads, and no impact to other Dell EMC Unity data services due to the level at which the encryption is performed, which is after all data services have been applied.

Only C has "no impact".

D@RE is Controller Based Encryption that does not impact performance; therefore Dell Technologies recommends ordering Dell EMC Unity systems as encryption-enabled, if appropriate for your environment. (Note that encryption can only be enabled at the time of system installation with the appropriate license.)
