Correct is c: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Capability for cloud consumers to provision infrastructure resources such as compute, network, and storage. Cloud consumers typically deploy and manage software, including operating systems and applications, within the provisioned infrastructure. Although consumers are provided with access to these resources, the cloud service provider maintains control of the underlying infrastructure that supports it. Examples: Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Google Compute Engine, Microsoft Azure Compute
