Correct answer is A. The question is asking for connectivity NOT for a possible connection of Host to Storage arrays.

host can connect to single unity with only 1 protocol, but the question is multiple unity arrays, you can use more than 1 protocol to connect to different unity systems, for example iscsi to unity 1 and fc to unity 2 but you cant use iscsi to unity 1 and again fc to unity 1

B is true, explanation by Ash912. CNA is OK, but here is "CAN" and I can't remember a situation when used a host the CAN bus for connect to unity system :-)
