The answer is A. EMC identifies hot swappable components with Orange locking tabs. The also list it in SolVe under Hot swappable procedures.

from the video above explanation it is Hot swappable, the commit process will tack long as the SPs will restart one by one, as the system is redundant and will continue to work with one operational SP.
