N+2 implies 10+2 strip units, with one drive per node. Since the policy is set to streaming it means 2 nodes use 2 drives instead of 1. Concurrency demands that all units be placed on the same drives, thus 2 units are moved.

Nevermind, it´s a 1mb file = 8+2. No units are moved since it already is 1 drive per node.
