In addition to the wrong path in answer C, the "Allowgroups" parameter does not exist in the Hardening of the sshd_config file:

The annoying typo in the path to the sshd_config file (the correct path is /etc/ssh/sshd_config as others have stated) makes this question a little confusing however proxymng is already created and idetified automatically, therefore creating a proxymng<number> user may also work however that's not how the question reads therefore I beleive the answer is C. for an integrated configuration specifically.
