My answer:
1. Sign into PVWA as a local user with the "Manage Directory Mapping" privilige.
2. Open LDAP Integration view
3. Add Mapping to the existen LDAP integration
4. Name the new mapping and set the mapping order
5. Select required LDAP group and assign authorization "Activate User".

(Navigate to Administration > Configuration > LDAP Integration.)
3. Add a mapping to the existing LDAP integration.
(Select the existing LDAP directory and add a new mapping rule.)
4. Name the new mapping and set the mapping order.
(Provide a descriptive name for the mapping and set the order to prioritise it if multiple mappings exist.)
5. Select the required LDAP group and assign the "Activate User" authorisation.
(Locate the Tier 1 support LDAP group and grant the "Activate User" right to enable account unlocking.)
