For me, and according to CyberArk Documentation, the steps must be in this order:
1-Locate the CPM_Hardnering.ps1 script in the installation media
2-Open PowerShell as administrator and run the script
3-Review the Script log call hardeningscript Log
4-Review the script log called CYBRHardneringsecedit.log
