I'd edge towards C. As it's co-channel interference a WIFI scanner would show what channels the client sta would be seeing and how strong the signal is.
The answer is 'A'. A spectrum analyzer can be used to identify non-Wi-Fi interferers and locate them. It can also show you the airtime utilization and frequencies used.With this device you are scanning the RF spectrum to identify interference. CWNA-108 pg 460 - 461
