Option C is wrong, as DoS attacks have no impact on whether the laptops STA can or cannot connect with the APs. Options A and D are wrong because if any of these were the case, all devices would be affected, and not only the laptops in question. Thus Option B is correct.

Think they key is they are saying other devices can connect fine. It must then be a problem with the purchased laptops. So my answer would be B.
