First in the "Full Detection Details" view, it only have five tags/views : Details, Process table, Process tree, Process graph, Events timeline
so B, must be incorrect, because the name is not correct.
the C & D, the wording or meaning is same. But in the Process Table View, it have a long list of the process, if you select / click the process, it will show you some of the detail or summary only, not the full detail list. And the full detail in the box next to this page.
