These are issues usually associated with HVAC systems (IoT) and mobile devices. Things admins typically don't have much control over. In this case, it's pretty specific about the remote management - so HVAC is the clear target. Firewalls / UTM devices are easy to manage and update remotely as they are extremely vulnerable / critical.
