RFP is correct. RFI A formal request from the buyer to the seller for additional information about goods and services the seller may provide. It’s not an official sign of business to come but is often a starting point of research to start the procurement processes.
A formal request from your company to a prospective vendor or vendors to create a proposal for the work to be completed and provide you with a cost estimate. An RFP does not guarantee anyone the job; it simply formalizes the proceedings of the selection process.
The source even says that the project is defined for RFP the question clearly states undefined. Im going to agree with Manzer.
