Just add the numbers for all the options and the longest path is the critical path. (A D C G)= 15 days (A B H G) 17 days (A D E F) 13 days (A B C G) 14 days Therefore, A B H G activities are on the critical path (Longest=17 days).

I don't think domdom is right Just because task D > B doesn't mean that is automatically the longest path - ADCG = 15 ABHG = 17

Critical Path = Longest Path Immediately you can determine A -> D because D>B. C begins after B & D, so now we have A->D->C No sense in wasting time on the rest because only 1 answer provides this sequence.
