A Warm Site would have hardware already in place, just need to bring software. Less expensive than a Hot Site

Selected Answer: C
A cold site is a backup facility with basic infrastructure but no IT equipment, which takes time to get up and running in the event of a disaster. A hot site is a backup facility with all necessary IT systems and equipment ready for immediate use but is more expensive to maintain. A warm site is between a cold and hot site, having some pre-installed IT systems and equipment, but still requiring effort to get up and running in the event of a disaster.

Selected Answer: C
Warm Site = Restoral time between 24 hours & seven days (under a week). = An available building that already contains a lot of the equipment. With this equipment, you may not have the latest security patches, or even the data backups from your other site have not been recovered yet, but at least have the hardware & cabling. This holds your switches, routers, & firewalls .

Selected Answer: C
A warm site is a leased facility that contains electrical and communications wiring, full utilities, and networking equipment. In most cases, the only thing that needs to be restored is the software and the data. A warm site takes longer to restore than a hot site but less than a cold site.

Why wouldn't it be B since it said it can't mirror and a hot site mirrors.

It doesn’t have the budget to mirror.. A hot site is the most expensive option. Hence, warm is the better option since cold site is just the building itself with electricity and HVAC system.
