Selected Answer: B
B. The router is operating on a different channel. Many smart home devices, including light switches, are often configured to communicate on a specific Wi-Fi channel. If the new router is operating on a different channel or frequency band (e.g., 5 GHz instead of 2.4 GHz), older or IoT devices may struggle to connect. Checking the router settings and ensuring compatibility with the light switches' frequency requirements can help resolve the issue.

A. The light switches do not support WPA2. --> If it's a super old device might not supporting the WPA2 or needs changing the settings on the device. B. The router is operating on a different channel. --> The devices should scan all channels and connect to the known networks C. The key does not meet password complexity requirements. --> I believe the router wouldn't let you save the settings if that was the case D. The SSID is not being broadcast. --> That could happen if the network is hidden

A device will scan for a channel change in the AP, so that is right Answer. The best answer is that the new AP has upgraded to WPA2 and the old device does not support it.
