I would think it's A & C The way I see it, say you receive a "Quote" or receive a "Proposal" and like it. The next thing you'd do is have that project done AND when it's complete, you agreed to whatever agreed upon statements were written on that "Quote" or "Proposal"

I would say they are correct, due to the project documents, though a warranty could be a project document though it would only impact the project after the closure, never the less this test is annoying.
