This should be C - Project Team. "The project team comprises the project manager, the project management team, and other individual team members. The individual team members perform project work and may not be involved in the management side of the project. The project team contains people from different groups who possess knowledge on specific subjects or have unique skill sets to carry out project work. The project team's duties include: - Use expertise to contribute to completing project tasks. - Contribute deliverables on schedule. - Provide estimates of task duration. - Provide estimates of costs and dependencies." While I don't disagree with your answer here, the word "eliminate" is what threw a wrench in it for me. I think the only one who could just "eliminate" a task's duration would be a scheduler.

It doesn't say eliminate, it states "estimate". A scheduler may have no idea how long it takes to paint a 3000 sqft house because they've worked in a car manufacturing environment before. But you know who would be great as giving that estimated time? Yup the people who do it, the painters. This is a pretty easy way to look at it and hope it may help others in the future.
