Selected Answer: A
A. RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix) component is missing. The RTM is a document that links requirements to the corresponding test cases and verifies that each requirement is fulfilled by the system. It is a critical component of the testing process and ensures that the system meets the requirements of the stakeholders. In this scenario, the stakeholders who are available for the user acceptance test do not understand the project's requirements, indicating that there may be a gap in the requirements gathering process or that the requirements have not been clearly defined and documented. The tester is trying to identify who requested the feature, but there is no information available, which further indicates that the requirements have not been effectively traced and documented in the RTM. Without a complete and accurate RTM, it can be challenging to identify the origin of a feature or requirement, and stakeholders may not have a clear understanding of what to expect from the system.

Selected Answer: A
The Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) is a tabular document that links the project or product requirements to their origin and traces them throughout the project life cycle. It links each requirement to the business and project objectives, Work Breakdown Structure, product design and development, and test scenarios. It ensures that approved requirements in the requirements documentation are met at the end of the project. The RTM also provides a structure for managing changes to the project or product scope.

Quality Inspection Quality control almost always includes some form of inspection. The Quality Management Plan should identify the following three things: Type of Inspection: The item that will be inspected and the inspection equipment that will be used. Also, the degree or level of inspection. Frequency: The time between inspections and spacing relative to unique events (such as replacement of machine supplies, etc.)? Criteria: The pass/fail criteria, or sliding scale (1-10) which will be reported. Ideally an inspection form is developed or taken from a relevant source. It is important to be comprehensive and include all items necessary for a complete inspection, or else you could find yourself without the data you really want.
