A small retail business has a local store and a newly established and growing online storefront. A recent storm caused a power outage to the business and the local ISP, resulting in several hours of lost sales and delayed order processing. The business owner now needs to ensure two things:
✑ Protection from power outages
✑ Always-available connectivity in case of an outage
The owner has decided to implement battery backups for the computer equipment. Which of the following would BEST fulfill the owner's second need?

Read it again if the owner transfers everything to a reliable High-Availability data center, he won't have to worry about buying infrastructure or backup internet connection. So he can simply store everything with a reliable Cloud provider So, C is correct

Terrible question to only select 1. Power outage will shut down all devices requiring power. UPS will help with power issues. First choice B

The online store will continue to function whether you locally lose your ISP connection for customers to place order. There might be a delay in order processing, but you won't lose business as long as you can justify the delay. Case in point, is the current Covid situation, where all Amazon order placements comes with a message of "delayed processing because of restrictions".

Not sure how C would help if the local ISP also experienced an outage as the question states. Answer should be A imo.

Battery backup for outage for both small business and ISP. Online storefront still serves the need to customer for ordering if the services are in cloud - always available.
