Both A,B and B,E would work. Adding the x "execute" group permission to the accounting folder would give the user access to the contents of the folder. Both A and E would do this.

Although if the user will get access to the folder....will he be able to write to the file...without the w "write" permission?

By elimination, only B and E can work here event the problem is wierd to me giving the fact that taxes file belong to accounting group but both have different file permissions.
