Would BCRYPT technically be a correct answer as well? BCRYPT is a key stretching but it uses blowfish (symmetric) over and over. Technically isn't this using 1 key as well?

The question is looking for Symmetric Algo's. 3DES & RC4 are the only one's.

3DES needs 3 keys. I'd go with RC4 and DSA

Actually 3DES can use either 1, 2, or 3 different keys. Symmetric algos: DES, 3DES, RC4, AES, Blowfish, Twofish Block Cipher Modes: ECB, CBC, CTR, GCM Asymmetric algos: DFE, RSA, DSA, ECC, PGP Hashing algos: MD5, SHA1, SHA2, HMAC, RIPEMD Key stretching libraries: BRCRYPT, PBKDF2

DSA is digital sig...anytime you use a sig algo, you will encrypt with yo privates, and they can decrypt with yo public!! Provided answers are correct....for once!
