A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) provides power to connected devices during power outages and can also stabilize voltage fluctuations, making it ideal for situations with under-voltage events. While a surge protector can protect against power surges, it doesn't address voltage drops. Ventilation and PDUs (Power Distribution Units) are also not designed to handle under-voltage situations.
