if you go to any security data centre, it's almost always badge + fingerprint, no one is useing passcode nowdays.

"Who you are" encompasses biometric factors such as fingerprints, facial recognition, or retinal scans. These are physical controls that verify the identity of the person.

Would it be who you are? Because it's asking for physical controls, while C is more of a technical control? so using a badge + a fingerprint scan would be something that fits the physical control.
