So, B. C, B,D,A is the correct answer. A requires B to start and finish per the initial statement, not description. And is also dependent on C. B is also dependent on C. Task B is 1 of Task A's predecessors. But B needs a predecessor as well. B or C could be possible but for D to fit in correctly, B is dependent on C. So now, C,B. D only requires the dependcy of Task A to C to no longer be applicable. Once that dependency is gone, D can start, but must wait for B to finish. C,B,D,A. but it seems D could work as well.

This isn't funny at all. Waste of time. It reads 2B-A-D when you write down the diagram. (too bad, you wasted your time). There is no correct answer and this is not a genuine question. Ignore it.

"Task A is dependent on Task C before Task D can be completed." how do you decipher this line? Besides the entire question is indeterminable because critical path is the longest path of tasks, but if A is 6 months and B,C,D are 1 month, all these "clues" don't matter at all. Without numbers, I don't see how the critical path can be determined at all.

B,A,D seems better.
