This is pretty meta, which is annoying but the focus here I think is on "closely associated with" - which would be a console port because the idea behind the management plane is Management. Current config IMO would be the control plane

Selected Answer: B
The console port (D) is actually associated with the management plane as well, since it is used to access and manage a device's configuration. However, the console port is more of a physical interface for accessing the management plane rather than a part of the management plane itself. This is why I think B is right. That's my take on this question anyway. Suggested to do your own research and make your own choice not just follow what 1 person says.

Selected Answer: B
Current configuration. The management plane handles administrative tasks, including configuration management, monitoring, and control of network devices. The current configuration represents the settings and parameters that define how a device operates, and managing it is essential for maintaining network functionality and security

Yes and part of the management plane is the console connection/port. The management port and console port work in tandem together to create the management plane. Correct answer is D. If it said updating configuration then B would make sense too. But it says current config which implies the config that is sitting there installed on the device.
