A network technician needs to resolve some issues with a customer's SOHO network. The customer reports that some of the devices are not connecting to the network, while others appear to work as intended.

I'm curious if anyone else has an opinion on this, but how would we know what the correct gateway is? There's no router here, and it doesn't mention if the switches are layer 3.. so we have to assume that the router (not pictured) is the correct gateway.

so assuming in the exam we are provided with windows and test results, we can eliminate a few devices simply based off the relative config. first id look at all the test results and see if there is any change (VLAN assignment, length, straight through or crossover cable etc). next id refer to each window and see the available commands using '?'. after that id work my way through to see if there is any mismatching values between each computer and each server. Ive had a question similar to this in my previous exam, and the easiest way to troubleshoot is a simple bottom to top approach.

IDK, but at least we have an idea of where to look. Should be easy to figure out if that is the issue with the IPs and Subnet given
