I think C The MOST efficient next step the technician should do is to test the output resolution1. The issue of a projector that will not display any images could be related to the output resolution1. If the output resolution is not compatible with the projector, the projector will not display any images1. Calibrating the image, replacing the bulb, or cleaning the fans may not be effective1. If a projector is not displaying any images despite verifying that the computer output and cable are providing a good video signal, the technician should test the output resolution. The output resolution of the computer may not be compatible with the projector, which can cause the projector to not display any images.

Selected Answer: B
The projector will not display ANY images because there is no light (bulb is burned). If the resolution is off then the quality of the image will be less than optimal but you should see something. Resolution will be in 1K instead of 4K for example.

Selected Answer: B
The NEXT step the technician should take when troubleshooting a projector that will not display any images, even after verifying the computer output and cable, is: B. Replace the bulb. Explanation: Projectors use bulbs (or lamps) to produce the light needed for image projection. If the bulb is faulty or has reached the end of its lifespan, it can result in a lack of image display.
