The verbage states "Which of the following MUST be completed before launching the installation package again?". You do not HAVE to validate the checksum before launching the installation package again, although this is best practice, but you do HAVE to create an exclusion or the AV will still block installation. Answer is A.

The didn't say it was corrupt, they specifically say AV is blocking it. So an AV exclusion is needed, not checksum.
