A) SLA Pretty easy question. Here's a human answer (not the ChatGPT stuff below). No idea what LOI is. Didn't come across it in the Sybex Study Guide or Certmaster course. MOU is memorandum of understanding. This is a non-legally binding agreement. Doesn't lay out the exact specifics like an SLA does (service level agreement). KPI is key performance indicators, which are metrics (measurements) of how well something is performing. Not relevant to our question.
