A. SAN (Subject Alternative Name)
A Subject Alternative Name (SAN) allows a single SSL/TLS certificate to specify multiple hostnames to be protected. In this case, a SAN certificate would be the appropriate choice because it can cover all the listed hostnames:
wwwint.internal
www.company.com
home.internal
www.internal
A SAN certificate is commonly used in situations where a single certificate needs to secure multiple domains or subdomains. This is especially useful for organizations that have multiple web properties.
