If you go back to question 67, the connection was ST (from the fiber patch panel, they said it was a circular connection) to SC (transceiver on the switch that accepted a square adapter of two stands). ST and SC seem to be the standard, where ST is round and twisted.

I believe the confusion here lies with the fact that the question is incomplete in that it should be asking you to choose 2 options out of the 5. If the patch panel has ST connections (twist) and the new switch interface is via an SFP (LC connecter), you would use an ST to LC cable. Google "LC ST Patch Cable".

The ST connector was one of the first connector types widely implemented in fiber optic networking applications. Originally developed by AT&T, it stands for Straight Tip connector. ST connections use a 2.5mm ferrule with a round plastic or metal body. The connector stays in place with a "twist-on/twist-off" bayonet-style mechanism. Although extremely popular for many years, the ST connector is slowly being supplanted by smaller, denser connections in many installations.

B is correct. ST connectors: These connectors are the most common type of commercial fiber optic connector. These connectors utilize an exposed plastic tube housing the optical fiber. This requires a connection to a matching cable on the other side, incorporating a connector that mates to the other. These combine in a spring-loaded twist, reminiscent of BNC connectors, and are noted for their reliability. ST connector is very popular in communication applications, such as LANs and CCTV systems.

The question is incomplete!!! Because patch panel side the correct answer is ST (Twist-type), but SFP side the correct answer is LC. The question don't specificate the side.

I believe the "twisted-style" they are referring to is the BNC plug the ST uses.

The given answer is correct: SC connectors also use a round 2.5mm ferrule to hold a single fiber. They use a push-on/pull-off mating mechanism which is generally easier to use than the twist-style ST connector when in tight spaces. https://www.cablestogo.com/learning/connector-guides/fiber-networking
