Selected Answer: C
According to ChatGPT v4 C. Change to a directional antenna. Changing to a directional antenna can help limit wireless access outside the building. Directional antennas focus the wireless signal in a specific direction, reducing the signal strength outside the targeted area. This can help prevent unauthorized access from outside the building and reduce the potential for interference from other sources.

I also think that the best solution will be to change to a directional antenna. D is not very effective since even if the SSID is not broadcasted, it can still be retrieved through other means.

CompTia loves to suggest disabling SSID as a security measure, but in this case it's the antenna. The key is that the AP is on an exterior wall and people outside the building are accessing it, switching to a directional antenna will prevent the signal from going beyond the wall

I think when they say it's placed on an exterior wall, they mean on the indoors part of the exterior wall, so using a directional antenna would make a lot more sense if I'm right... A lot of these new questions are worded terribly.

Disable SSID broadcasting. When SSID broadcasting is enabled, your wireless network's SSID will be visible to all devices within range. If you disable SSID broadcasting, your wireless network will not be visible to unauthorized users.

If you want to limit access to the WAP outside the building, why do you even have a WAP on an exterior wall to begin with? Is the correct answer seriously to swap to a directional antenna and have it pointed through the wall and in towards the inside of the building?
