C - Ucertify "Frameworks are limited. A framework's core behavior cannot be modified, without effectively recreating the framework from the ground up, which defeats the purpose of having a framework to begin with. This forces developers to respect the limits of the framework they are using, and work the way it is required. The moral: Make sure you choose a framework that suits your needs." A- Security is both a positive and negative benefit of a framework since people contribute, an bad actors exploit flaws.

Should be C. "Frameworks are limited. A framework's core behavior cannot be modified, without effectively recreating the framework from the ground up, which defeats the purpose of having a framework to begin with." "Security — If you use a popular framework, you can rest assured that it is at least reasonably secure. This is one of the main advantages of having a large and active community behind a framework: If security vulnerabilities are found — or other nontrivial problems and bugs — they tend to be reported and fixed quickly."
