Isn't the answer C "Load Evaluator in Trends"?

I'll go with C too, cause Machine Details use live info and Load Evaluator helps to understand resources utilization over time.

The screenprint shows Load Evaluator, which was used with XenApp. From version 7.x this is changes to answer A https://www.citrix.com/blogs/2014/09/22/citrix-director-trends-explained/

Selected Answer: A
It's correct. Since the question says it's an application (probably installed on the image) and not a published citrix application.

Since it doesn't say if they are Citrix applications within the desktop, just applications, I assume these are installed on the virtual machine. Then A would be correct.
