D can't be right because with a mandatory profile, user settings do not persist! There is another question that is almost the same with different answers and in that question the answer in Profile Streaming which is a feature of Citrix Profile Management. So C can be the only right answer!

B is correct. Roaming is old school and sluggish. Mandatory already covered by @HP. Local is risky - profile /date lost of corruption happens. UPM - can redirect shell folders, files/folder inclusions (for appdata, in this case)
