why D? if PVS db isnt available, PVS console cannot be enumerated, and entire farm is dysfunctional. Can A be the answer as well?

the first thing I always do on new PVS Farm is switch on offline DB support D&E is correct about PVS audit trail

I'd say this is likely actually a "choose 1" rather than "choose 2", and if so, the answer is E
