I would vote D, since Up and DOWN messages are present. In load balance situation, those servers that are part of load balancing group, are up and LB doesn't enable/disable interfaces or servers, just redirects traffic.

A, cause "several" would mean more than ONE secondary HA Partner. But there is no Third HA Partner in a HA Setup. LB Server is correct
