I agree, but it seems like a trick question and assuming its already in place? Automatically, so sync and monitor? I would still go with C and D Which two steps can the administrator perform to automatically adjust the time?

Answer is C and D. You specify an NTP server and then enable sync with that server. https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-adc/current-release/system/basic-operations.html#how-to-synchronize-system-clock-with-servers-on-the-network
